Stand Up Paddle-boarding / SUP is a relatively new leisure-time activity and provides a wonderful and enjoyable experience wherever practiced. However, at the exclusive SupLagoon based in Cransley, Northamptonshire, a truly exquisite location to practice, the SUPing experience is like no other. SUPLagoon Tuition & Tours are based on a 1-2-1 concept but can be booked for up to groups of 12.
Additionally, we deliver SUPYoga to build core stability, strength, flexibility and balance whilst being held and supported by your very own SUP board within this Floatie Heaven. Teaming with natures glory and encapsulated within this exquisite place, SUPYoga enables an indulgent and calming yoga practice.
Seedsofsamyoga provides a cross-section of yoga sessions using Vinyasa flow both off and on the water. SOSYoga / BespokeYoga 1-2-1 or group sessions are delivered to you by arrangement and can consist of either RestoreYoga, SportYoga or RelaxYoga or a mixture of all three practices.
Yoga practice can provide relief from trauma and disorder through self-management, relief from chronic pain, and may deliver sleep enhancements for many. Through the practice of yoga we can enhance health and improve overall well-being. So, why not take up the practice yoga?
